Massif MSP typically serves clients within an hour of Bath/Brunswick/Freeport, Lewiston/Auburn, and the greater Portland regions. While on-site support is rarely needed, this helps ensure it can be provided if necessary as we're based out of Topsham. Exceptions are available for businesses that align with our core values.

What do services cost?

We're expensive. Massif MSP is a Managed Service Provider, so products are bundled to provide comprehensive support rather than nickel-and-diming on essential security. Our prices listed on our services page reflect that. For pricing of an IT project or if only a specific service is needed, request a business quote.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Massif MSP's helpdesk is on-call with no outsourcing. This means after-hours, you can call or email for urgent support. If the call isn't answered immediately, the call would be returned to resolve the issue.

How quickly can I get started?

Small teams (under 10 devices) can expect a 15 business day onboarding timeline with built-in buffers for IT issues and installations planned during your lunch-breaks. For most companies, we recommend beginning transition planning 45-days before any deadline or contract end dates to ensure decisions are informed by fully-scoped IT. We understand you may not have weeks after a recent change in price or service quality, in that case, fill out a business quote form early to loop us in and we'll expedite the process.

Who is the best IT company in our region?

That question doesn’t have a simple answer. There are many good MSPs. A strong MSP takes a holistic approach to help improve business outcomes—not just reselling tools. If you come across "unlimited" cheap helpdesk, you often get what you pay for and "vendor partnerships" may hint that support leans toward pushing certain products to fix problems. With us, you pay us for our expertise so we're invested in implementing what actually works for your needs. The tradeoff is upfront costs for more effective, tailored support. In the end, it comes down to the kind of partnership—and results—you want.

What information do you need from our current IT provider?

During the planning and quoting process, Massif MSP doesn't need to talk to them. It may be beneficial to clearly restate your concerns and the impacts this has on your business to your IT provider and to ask other IT providers if they can solve the issue for a project rate before making any decisions to change IT providers. But if/when you make a decision, all you have to do is connect us with them for the transition and Massif MSP gathers account documentation from them. No putting you in the middle or blame games.
