Massif MSP for Nonprofits
Cost-effective solutions to accelerate your mission.
Access Free or Discounted Software
We work with your vendors to find free or discounted software and computers for your organization. If you are a 501(c)(3) there are many discount options available to you. For instance, Tech Soup is many non-profit's preferred large-tech provider for discounted hardware and software. Free or discounted software is available from most providers including Microsoft 365, Google Suite (with seperate grants for up to $10,000 in free text advertising!), Canva, Slack, FoxIt Pro, Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, and Adobe's Suite. Additionally if ongoing budgets are very tight, we can source free products including open source software to solve your most pressing issues.
Common Themes, Easy Solutions
The most common issue seen with nonprofits is how data collection and moving data between required applications takes up the most time for your organization. At Massif MSP, we streamline data management. We ensure we find the most cost-effective solution for implementation to accelerate your mission.

Case Study: Massif MSP helps 501(c)(3) Maine Franco-American Genealogical Society
When the president of Auburn's Genealogical Society approached Massif MSP, it was for an archive project of tens of thousands of Lewiston obituaries that needed to ensure future-proofing and OCR of files for future geneology searches. Massif MSP repaired several computers, restoring access to historical databases, and sourced the right equipment for the society to use with their current assets and nonprofit status. Massif MSP setup equipment and trained users at the Library headquarters as well as at a mobile site in cemetary offices. The scanner's increased speed processes hundreds of scans per hour reducing volunteer scanning hours significantly. This has enabled volunteers to scan more data and plan additional archive projects as they move to digitalize their offerings to make their library of resources available internationally.
